Mutual of Omaha Site Tour

TOUR DETAILS
Meet at the Northeast Corner of 13th and Douglas St. (across the street from the site entrance in the new Gene Leahy Mall). We will split into groups to go one after the other for the tour. The tour should last approximately 1-1.5 hours. Please be aware that you may have to pay for parking at a meter or downtown garage.

Additional Note: JE Dunn, on behalf of Mutual of Omaha, has requested that no photos or videos of the construction site to be taken during the tour and/or the distribution of photos on social media.

Please bring your own PPE if you have it. We have a limited number of safety glasses and vests if you need them.

PPE Required:

            Type 2 Hard Hat with Chinstrap (Provided by JE Dunn)

            Closed-Toe Shoes or Boots

            High Visibility Safety Vest

            Gloves

            Safety Glasses

SOCIAL HOUR

Following the tour, we will have a social hour at DJ’s Dugout, located at 10th Street and Capitol Street. There is no cost to attend the social hour.

PARKING

Please be aware that you may have to pay for parking at a meter or downtown garage. There are various parking options throughout downtown. The closest is the garage at 15th Street and Douglas Street (Rate is $1/Hour) or metered parking downtown.
